Their operations ,  whether open or endoscopic,  abandon  the space occupied by the adenoma,   taking no account of the incomplete retraction  of the fibrous layers   nor  the ablation of the internal sphincter

Resulting incommodities :

     Voiding frequency :generally  normalized

Continence :fairly good , but often imperfect

     Resistance to imperiosity  :diminished

     Erection :generally conserved, sometimes impaired

     Fertility :lost

Sexual enjoyment  linked to  ejaculation : lost

MILLIN

Retropubic Adenomectomy

We,  older  patients,   and  particularly  we,   older  surgeons,   demand   that

quadragenarians and quinquagenarians who detain the medical power in  urology,  while having no personnal experience of these incommodities,  enhance clinical and surgical research in that field  aiming to set up operations of  plastic narrowing  of the prostate envelope and  reconstruction of  the bladder neck by the time of operation or afterwards.

For  the old men's health ,  please !

Patients are experts in their own field
