BLOOD   VESSELS  OF  THE  CLITORIS

Pudendal Artery System

These drawings show that  freeing distal parts of both clitoridal roots  from ischio-cavernous bones  allows making   a  pediculated  graft   which can  be moved centrally  in order to  strengthen  the urethral plasty.

Doing so does not endanger  the dorsal artery of the clitoris  nor  urethral  and cavernous branches.  Bulbar branches only have to be severed.

I make use of this anatomical  feature to rebuild a new urethra when lost in childbirth african disasters.
